The rate of change of the world is not going to slow down just because you are busy. Leaders need to be well rounded and a few things work very well:
Make friends with books outside of your core areas.
Meet people who are a couple of years ahead of you
Meet people who have been there and done that
Find your sources of inspiration - great coaches, teams, sport?
Learn multiple skills - head to finance and ask SaaS metrics, marketing to understand users.
Be curious to find out how people succeed, and why they don’t and then change your own leadership style according to that.
